WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA

The owner of this website, whose identification and contact details appear at the top of this page.

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED

Browsing this site requires NO sign-up and no data at all. Data is only collected when you type it in:

· If you write to the contact address: your address and whatever you say in the message.

· If you sign up for a simulator event: a nickname, an email and, if you want, your Instagram handle. That has its own page, linked from the form, and it is deleted the day after the event.

WHAT FOR

To reply to you, and nothing else. No advertising is sent, there is no newsletter, no profiling and no automated decisions about anyone.

ON WHAT BASIS

Your consent, given when you write in or sign up, which you can withdraw whenever you like. Once there are purchases or bookings, the basis will also be performance of the contract and the tax obligations that come with it.

FOR HOW LONG

Messages, for as long as needed to deal with your query and a reasonable time after. Event data, only for the day of the event. Anything the law requires to be kept — invoices, for instance — for the period the law sets.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Nobody who does not need to. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, acting as data processor, which may store data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided by the GDPR. Email is handled by the owner's email provider. Data is not sold or passed to anyone else.

COOKIES

This site uses NO advertising or analytics cookies, and no third party cookies. It only uses technical cookies, essential for it to work:

· the one that keeps the site administrator's session open;

· the one that remembers your basket while you shop;

· the one that remembers which number you got if you sign up for an event.

Technical cookies do not need your prior permission, which is why this site shows no cookie banner. There are also no fonts or videos loaded from third party servers: they are served from this site itself.

WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR

To access what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, object to it or take it elsewhere. Ask at the contact address on this site, and you will get an answer within the period set by law.

If you think it has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

MINORS

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and does not ask them for data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child in your care has given data here, write in and it will be deleted.
